The PDF Toolkit is interactive and one file at a time. Need a repeatable, multi-file workflow against a payroll or accounting export? Use a map instead.
The four categories
Manipulation
Edit the structure of a single PDF.
Rotate all pages or specific pages by 90, 180, or 270 degrees.
Delete specific pages from a PDF.
Pull a range of pages out into a new PDF.
Flip pages horizontally, vertically, or both.
Rearrange pages by specifying a new order.
Crop a single page to a region you specify.
Multi-PDF
Work with more than one PDF at a time.
Combine multiple PDF files into a single document.
Pull specific page ranges from multiple PDFs and stitch them together. Each file gets its own range (e.g. 0-2, 5, all).
Enhancement
Add polish, protection, or conversions.
Add password protection to a PDF, with an optional owner password.
Reduce file size at low, balanced, or high compression.
Add a text watermark to every page, with optional opacity and rotation.
Convert each page to PNG or JPG at 96, 150, or 300 DPI.
Information
Pull data out of a PDF without changing it.
Read out the document's metadata — author, title, creation date, and more.
Get the dimensions of a specific page (or all pages).
Pull text content out of the PDF — single page or the whole document.
How to use it
- From the navbar, open Tools → PDF Tools, or go straight to /pdf-tools/.
- Drag your PDF into the upload zone, or click Choose PDF File.
- Pick an operation from the right-hand panel. Use the category buttons (All / Manipulation / Enhancement / Multi-PDF / Info) to narrow the list.
- Fill in the parameters and click Apply. The preview refreshes with the result.
- Stack more operations as needed — every applied operation is listed under Applied Operations, and Undo rolls back the most recent one.
- Click Download to save the final PDF (or ZIP, for image conversions).
Files uploaded to the PDF Toolkit live in temporary storage and are cleaned up automatically. Don't rely on them being there an hour later — download the result before you leave the page.
